WENT TO GET A USED CAR WITH A GOOD PRICE. WAS GIVEN A LEMON RIGHT OFF THE START. DID NOT EVEN GET THE CAR OFF THE LOT AND ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. DEALERSHIP CLAIMS THEY FIXED THIS THEN TOOK CAR HOME NEXT D LEMON RIGHT OFF THE START. DID NOT EVEN GET THE CAR OFF THE LOT AND ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. DEALERSHIP CLAIMS THEY FIXED THIS THEN TOOK CAR HOME NEXT DAY...LIGHT ON AGAIN. UTILIZED THE 7 DAY BUY-BACK POLICY AND LOW AND BEHOLD BRIAN JOHNSON MAKES THE PROCESS WAY TOO DIFFICULT AND THEN LIES TO ME ON PRICES. SO I WAS FORCED INTO A CAR I DID NOT WANT BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT LET ME OUT OF THE DAMAGED CAR CONTRACT. BRIAN 'LIAR' JOHNSON GAVE ME A DECENT PRICE THEN PULLED THE BAIT & SWITCH ON ME AT SIGNING. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE THE CAR HAD TWO NEW TIRES GOING FLAT THAT I POINTED OUT TO MR. JOHNSON AT THE DEALERSHIP BEFORE I LEFT AND HE MADE A SCENE INSIDE THE DEALERSHIP AS IF I WAS ASKING TOO MUCH TO GET THE TIRES FIXED. HE DID GET ONE REPAIRED I DID THE OTHER ON MY OWN TO AVOID HEARING HIS MOUTH, NOT TO MENTION THE CAR WAS NOT EVEN CLEANED UP. THIS WAS A YEAR AGO AND I HAVE NEVER RETURNED AND I ALSO ADVISE EVERYONE I KNOW LOOKING TO PURCHASE A CAR TO "NEVER" GIVE HALL ACURA THEIR BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

When my car broke down in a flaming pile of metal last week, I had a panic attack: what was I going to do? How was I going to afford a new car? And what about the balance I still owed on this one?? For a week I worried and freaked out until this morning, when my brother and I drove over to the VB Acura and met with Chris Turnage, the godsend that helped us fix this mess! He was so knowledgeable, understanding, and completely straightforward with all of our options that I immediately felt better. Every time I think of a car salesman I pictured Danny Devitto from Matilda: Cold, consumed with greed and ready to bleed me dry. THANK GOD Chris was the complete opposite. He found a way to take care of my old car's balance affordably, take it off my hands, even tow it! I now have a GORGEOUS new silver Acura and I could not be happier! Thank you Chris and the guys over at VB Acura for helping me out of a jam and giving me a car that I can not only afford, but also feel totally confident in my ability to take care of. The warranty was amazing, the financing was straightforward and the service was superb (and the coffee was EXCELLENT: I swear, that is all my brother could talk about on the way home! I was just excited to get my car Monday: They needed to go over and inspect the car to their specifications, so they gave me a loaner, FREE OF CHARGE for the interim. I have never been treated to this level of service, it was such a welcome change from the norm and really made me feel appreciated as a customer). Larry Kelley, Bob Grosso, and the entire team at Hall Acura were a pleasure to work with! I first visited Hall Acura to peek around at the cars and that is where I first met Larry. About 2 weeks later I came back ready to buy and Larry welcomed me back and remembered exactly who I was. He even remembered that I said I was getting married the next week! He made me feel very comfortable the whole time I was there. I came to Hall Acura as a first time car buyer, and they helped me out so much! We were able to agree on a price that worked for both of us and I left with my very first brand new car! The process was a little long and tedious (lots of signatures and paperwork), but that is expected with a purchase like this. I did appreciate the fact that when I declined all of the extra warranties and protection plans they did not continue to harp on me about how important it was to buy them. I said I didn't want them and they left it alone. I really appreciated that. Overall, Hall Acura is a great place to buy a car and the cars are amazing! I love my new TSX! More
I have known Mark on and off for over 5 yrs as i would hang around the show room while getting my car was getting serviced and talk about cars. I love cars and have owned 3 acuras in the past and have been waiting to get a new TL, after its recent face lift, and sell my 05 TL. I initially test drove a 2012 TL AWD w mark back in the spring time and was very impressed with his knowledge of the car and his honesty. I told Mark that i will be waiting until the end of the summer to buy a car and sell mine. During the next few month mark stayed in touch with me through emails and let me know of any sales they were having. A few weeks ago i had my TL serviced and james was nice enough to give me a 2012 TL w advanced package. I loved the car and decided it was time. I saw Mark there also and he was kind enough to give me some advice on selling my car and how to post it online. He said he would send some pricing to get started. Because of his help, I was able to sell my car within one week and during that week Mark was extremely helpful in finding me the right model and most importantly the right price. His service and countless prompt emails to update me on availability and pricing were invaluable to me as it saved me countless hours of having to actually be at a dealership. It allowed me to continue with my work and life with my family. By the time i was ready to purchase my car, i was well informed and most of the negotiating had already been done over emails. Mark is very honest, hard working, knowledgeable, and friendly sales associate. Because he was so helpful to me during those two weeks, i actually sacrificed the color TL i wanted from another dealership, just so i would come back to Hall and purchase my car from Mark for a great sales experience. It is obvious these guys love what they do and do not mind doing it. I will be back for service on my car in the future, and I will be recommending this service center to my family and friends. The only criticism I have is with confusion about pricing on the website. From the time I walked in the door, I was treated with the utmost respect. They explained everything clearly so that I could understand, let me make my choices, and didn't try and talk me out of any choice I made. Once everything was done, they went out of their way to make sure the vehicle was in top notch shape before they let me drive it off the lot. The people at Hall Acura have made me take a long hard look at the stereotypical car dealership experience. I highly recommend them, and will be going back to them for my future automotive needs. That's application, test ride, a demonstration of the aumor coating, and signing all the paper work. When I was about to frive off the lot, I had to take a moment to make sure I didn't forget anything. I would recommend anyone to their dealership and not think twice of what dealership I'm going to when I'm in the market for anoter car!!! More
