Great Service Dept!! Dependable & They Go ABOVE & BEYOND! I have been a Hall customer since I purchased by CRV many years ago; and I am never disappointed by the Service Dept. Adam Jones is my Service Consul I have been a Hall customer since I purchased by CRV many years ago; and I am never disappointed by the Service Dept. Adam Jones is my Service Consultant & he makes sure I know what my CRV needs to run in top condition but he doesn't push - he advises. I drop off the car & they give me a ride back in their Shuttle, and then they pick me up when the car is ready. I recently had it in for regularly-scheduled oil change etc.and when I was ready to pickup, I couldn't reach them -their phone system wasn't working properly, but Adam didn't waiver he made sure my car was ready when we'd discussed. When I got there - it was done! He explains what needs to be done BEFORE they do it and ONLY if I authorize it! He also went above & beyond for me to repair an extra item that was more for convenience to me than a repair- but I really appreciated it! Thank you! More
