Curt from Hall Acura was willing to have the other CX-9 brought over to his dealership so that we could test drive both cars easily. Ron and Curt gave us plenty of time to test drive both vehicles over two days at our leisure and answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. The car buying process can be very overwhelming and intimidating but the guys at Hall Acura were very supportive and there was no pressure at all. I very much appreciated being able to take the time that I needed to make our decision. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that! When it came down to signing papers another great service member, Mark S., laid out all of our options and explained everything to us as well as answer our myriad of questions.
