Leaking sunroof on 2021 Highlander XLE. Told that was normal, troughs catch water and run through drainage system. That’s only normal if back of sunroof mistakenly left open during rain. I showed internet evidence of others with similar problems. They said that did not matter to them and have a nice day. Shayna Temple and Dustin were USELESS in solving this issue.
