Our purchase was quick, efficient & hassle-free. We obtained a price via the Consumer Reports Zagat program. We were contacted by Marji Duncan who described the vehicles which were in stock at Haley. They had what we were looking for so we traveled the 2 hour trip that evening. We arrived at 7PM. We were met by Marji shown the vehicle and took a test drive. We returned to the dealership & completed the necessary paperwork. Marji had done much of the paperwork ahead of time which helped streamline the process when we arrived. We obtain financing Toyota Financial by working with the head of the finance department Stuart Smith. He was very quick, knowledgeable and honest. We were out of there with our new vehicle by 9:45PM. Normal closing hours for Haley are 9Pm but the staff did not seem to mind working the extra time to complete our deal. It was a very pleasant & satisfying purchase. More
