I live in Virginia Beach, Virginia and I have been shopping for a used Toyota Highlander for awhile. Locally there was not a Toyota Highlander that met my wish list. Then my son found an ad online shopping for a used Toyota Highlander for awhile. Locally there was not a Toyota Highlander that met my wish list. Then my son found an ad online for a 2007 Toyota Highlander for sale at Haley Toyota. We traveled to Midlothian and I found the car that I have been wishing for. My primary sales consultant was Jose M. Gonzalez. Jose demonstrated his abundance of professionalism, his vast knowledge of the Highlander and his awesome personality. Thoroughly, Jose went through the entire sale process with my son and I. Unfortunately, Jose had a death in his family and had to leave for a few days to attend the funeral. While experiencing all the grief of losing a family member, Jose was able to show us the utmost of professionalism and respect. Then our paperwork on the Highlander was given to Sales Consultant, Cedric Edmondson, to finalize. Cedric was wonderful; He gave his undivided attention to our sale and made sure that the sale was complete to our satisfaction. We are doubly blessed to have Jose and Cedric as our sales consultants! Cedric then gave our file to Patrick Way, Business Manager, to complete the financial aspects of the sale. Patrick was amazing; he thoroughly explained everything before I signed on the dotted line. Again, we were blessed! After the deal was completed, we asked if we could wait to pick up the Highlander when Jose returns to work (Which Haley allowed us to do). Marji Duncan was great to work with! She did not pressure me at all. She was very considerate. Haley was able to get me in the vehicle of my choice for the price I was comfortable with. Tom was very friendly and not pushy at all. If he didn't know the answer to something I would find out and get back with us. He went out of his way to search for the van we were looking for.
