The best part, though, is they wanted me to pay the $6,000 in repairs so that I could buy it too. More

I moved in this area in 2001. But the icing on the cake is when I purchased my Gladiator 4x4 S port , my sales Nate, was not pushy, let me make my own decisions and was with me step of the way ;purchase, trade and financial paperwork. Light showing tires low and I stopped by service department to have nitrogen put in tires. Found the man in the service department to be rude and unhelpful......"nothing we can do to help you until department to have nitrogen put in tires. He could have said there was a gas station upbthe street and I could put oxygen in it for now. Had it not been a Haley vehicle I may have better understand his demeanor yet no excuse and I will not go back! More

Buying a car from this dealership was one of the worst purchases I ever made in my life. Don't buy a car from this dealership ever. If I could give a rating of ZERO I would. I've only been in this car 4 months and I had to return it the 3rd week I purchased it because the car wouldn't cut off. I had to end up getting the car towed to the dealership, who in return was suppose to give me a loaner car. They didn't even have a loaner car to give me after I paid for the bumper to bumper extended warranty when I brought the car. This is a 2019 Jeep with on 23,000 miles on it and I'm having all sorts of issues with it. They called me about 4 or days later saying the car was ready for pickup. I get the car and 3 days later the check engine light comes on. I've been calling the service department for over 3 weeks and no one has returned my call. I work long hours and don't have the time to drive all the way out there and this is my only car at the moment . This car is a lemon. More
Frustrated and disappointed I am writing to you once again to express my frustration regarding an incident that took place several months ago in the service department. Your employee Chris Chorinos is the perfect example of what not to do for as customer service. When I took my truck into the shop I had to get it towed as it would not start. Per Chris' words, they are unable to find out what the problem was because it needed new wiring and cable connectors or whatever. Well long story short, I do believe that these supposedly license mechanics or whatever are nothing but fakes. I had to get my truck towed back home where it sat in my driveway until several days ago. A young man who I met on Offer Up, as I had put my truck on there to sell as is, text me and said he wanted and could fix it. Well again, long story short, he did and he took his time to look over the truck and got the vehicle started and moving again. He did not tell me that I needed new wiring or things that didn't even have anything to do with the truck not starting. Chris informed me of things that just wasn't true. No one took the time to look over the truck they just guessed. Well now my truck is gone because I thought it wasn't fixable per Chris telling me I need wiring and that they didn't make it anymore for my truck. It was never any of those things he said. Believe it or not, it was just a simple fuse that cost $25. The young test some things before he realize what the issue was. Well my truck is gone since I put it on Offer Up and now I am out of my first vehicle. I just wanted to let you know that your people need to take the time to look over vehicles as if it was theirs. Show some compassion or at least some type of customer service as if you care. I am a hard working female that cannot afford to just buy vehicles at the drop of a hat. I would never recommend anyone to come to this dearlership ever or by a vehicle from your establishment. Thanks for nothing. More
Failed to Complete Service I would not recommend the Haley Dealership on Laburnum for service. I scheduled an appointment for service on my 2019 challenger about a week ahead; h I would not recommend the Haley Dealership on Laburnum for service. I scheduled an appointment for service on my 2019 challenger about a week ahead; however, I needed to cancel due to not being able to drop off or pick up my vehicle that day. I went into the dealership before 9am to cancel my appointment scheduled for the next day but the clerk assured me she could fit my car in for service immediately. I called an uber and left my car there for an oil change and inspection of a grinding sound. I later called at 4pm to see if my car was ready and to my surprise they hadn’t started the work. I was then told that there was some "miscommunication" that I wanted to leave my car overnight to be serviced for the following day. After hours of sitting at the dealership my car didn’t even recieve an oil change. Of course I was highly disappointed after being told my car would be ready by the end of the day. More
