Check out receptionist is incompetent No problem with registering for service or the actual service that was done. When I tried to tell her about coupons I've had in the past, she provided incorrect information about how the dealership processes coupons. Ultimately someone intervened and corrected her. She then explained that she was new, and my reply was well if you are new, you really should listen more than talk. I hope they get a new receptionist who is willing to ask for help if she doesn't know what to do or how to treat a customer. More

It is what it is If i dont keep track of my service i would be ripped off. Never a loaner car available. I just go to them because its Subaru and i own two of them. When i bought my new car i loved my sales guy! Zach Barnes is the man!! What a good guy!!!! More

Excellent Service with Nicole I recently kept getting e-mails saying there was a connectivity problem with my Legacy. I talked to Nicole and she set up the appointment to have it c I recently kept getting e-mails saying there was a connectivity problem with my Legacy. I talked to Nicole and she set up the appointment to have it checked out and even got me a loaner car. Not only did she do that, she knew I wanted a loaner car either the size of my car or smaller and she got me a Impreza. She is a big asset to the service department and I would be happy to deal with her going forward when my car needs service. Thanks Nicole:) More
