Barb left a little to be desired I've used the service center here for, around 20 years. Prior to this visit, I've never had a complaint. But, I left this visit un- happy, and un-sati I've used the service center here for, around 20 years. Prior to this visit, I've never had a complaint. But, I left this visit un- happy, and un-satisfied. I had to return the next day to have fixed what what wasn't correctly fixed the day before. Both days, the service rep, Barb, was little, to no, help. Felt like I was bothering her. They were busy but, never in 20 years have I been treated so poorly. More
