long wait and a question about what they actually did I had a noon appointment for an oil change. At 1:00 I was told that my rear brake pads were worn down to the medium level and the attendant said they I had a noon appointment for an oil change. At 1:00 I was told that my rear brake pads were worn down to the medium level and the attendant said they would wear out before my next oil change. I told him I needed to leave by 2:30 to get my son from school. He said “no problem the brake pads will take an hour.” At 2:30 I told them I needed to leave. Same attendant said the mechanic was taking it for a test drive and having the car washed. I finally checked out at 2:48 and when I went to my car, the same finger prints on my trunk and bird doodoo was still on my car. Definitely no car wash and I’m wondering if there was a test drive. I’m now looking into another Subaru dealership to use since I bought the extended warranty with my car I bought there. Not happy. More

No communication I took my car in for recall and now I am having all sorts of issues. Have taken my car back once and now need to bring it back again but I have to kee I took my car in for recall and now I am having all sorts of issues. Have taken my car back once and now need to bring it back again but I have to keep calling because it takes forever for someone to return a call. I dropped my car off for an 830 appointment and by 1030 I called to get an update on what they found and how long. They said it was still in the parking lot and it hasn’t been seen yet. Why don’t they just tell u the real time or tell u when you drop it off. Wish I never had the recall fixed. Randy was nice and waiting for Paul to return my call so we will see how long that takes. Just a very frustrating experience and I wish they would just fix their mistakes once and for all or let me take it somewhere else and send them the bill. More

Quick, painless and very professional. Everyone was super friendly and took the time to explain the items that were due for maintenance. I also took advantage of my service visit to take a test drive in a 2019 Legacy. Zach Barnes took very good care of me and got me on the road within minutes of asking. More
