Spotty service/ 2016 Forrester The rep did not write down the washer fluid issue with the driver side wiper (improper squirt) therefore it was not done. He refused to address noise The rep did not write down the washer fluid issue with the driver side wiper (improper squirt) therefore it was not done. He refused to address noise issue coming from the air vents citing they have “skeletal crew” on weekends and by 4pm everything shuts down (asked me to come back on a weekday). Not acceptable. No report of wheel balance check attached (I was told it was done but I can’t tell). Car was not washed because the car wash was broken! The Rep had no idea of the recent recall by Subaru - no I formation was available! I told the manager about the spotty service experience my wife and I experienced time and again. Did not get much response except will try to cross the t‘s and dot the i’s... FYI. We get significantly better service from DCH Freehold Toyota for our other car. Subaru service is just lackluster. More

Thanks for fitting us in! My son came home from college for a quick weekend visit. His windshield wipers were not working on his way home Friday. When I called Friday midday to see if I could get them fixed over the weekend I knew it was pushing it. The service manager let me know that they were already overbooked for Saturday repairs but said he would try to fit us in. With rain predicted for Sunday, his return day to school, I was extremely thankful and appreciative. They managed to fit his car in and make the repairs. I really appreciate their going the extra mile! More
