I requested that the indoor air filter be replaced but the tech only cleaned the area. I gave the service writer a $20.00 coupon for $100.00 service and was not used as the filter was not replaced as requ the tech only cleaned the area. Usually extremely friendly however this trip was different. The service woman was having a nice conversation with a fellow employee and I waited. Then monotone “what are you here for? picking up or dropping off? If your going to make me wait please say hello. Set the tone for everything to follow. She said it would be an hour to 1 1/2 hours. “I know a first visit with nothing wrong is not 1 1/2 hours and if it is, then you should let me know”. I said it a bit strong not loud. She just stares at me. Please I want to run out of here I’m thinking. And Im not listening anymore. Anyways I wait in the quiet room. At 55 minutes I get the finished text. congratulations. I go back to Subaru service woman and she says my keys are up front. I say “ I apologize if I was rude before” I need something…… nope Nothing… dead eyes again. I’m outa here This is not my first service visit. You guys are fantastic I own an ford edge and had previously had 2019 ascent. In fact you have my edge now in service. I purchase all 3 vehicles here and I do plan on being a client in the future. No worries but jeez…. I can’t go thru that again More
