Our Subaru Legacy’s GPS program was working only intermittently. To repair this problem; I was told that it would cost $139.00 to repair it. When I brought the car in for repair the cost had gon intermittently. To repair this problem; I was told that it would cost $139.00 to repair it. When I brought the car in for repair the cost had gone up to $1,941.00 for a new radio and its associated GPS component. A week later, I received an offer in the mail to purchase my car back at a fraction of the initial purchase price, with the implication that this would also solve the repair problem I am upset and looked for outside advice. I found out that the radio/GPS was still under warranty. The repair was done from another dealership with much better service. More
