The dates were incorrect on many of the forms that we needed to sign, the negotiated price of the vehicle was misstated, and consequently the monthly lease payment amount was wrong on the transaction documents. These mistakes resulted in the need to recalculate figures and reprint documents, and the resulting need to spend much more time than necessary at the dealership --- all waiting for the Haldeman team to get their collective act together.
