Honest Service Center I came in for a scheduled wheel alignment and appreciated the honest accessment. They told me although the alignment was slightly off, to do any work I came in for a scheduled wheel alignment and appreciated the honest accessment. They told me although the alignment was slightly off, to do any work was not neccessary at this time. Friendly, Good Loaner Car, Average Service Pros: The employees are friendlier here than at other dealer service centers, and the loaner car was nice and complimentary. Cons: Service pricing Pros: The employees are friendlier here than at other dealer service centers, and the loaner car was nice and complimentary. Cons: Service pricing is just as bad here as all Subaru dealerships. $150 just to assess the problem, which isn't deducted from the cost of labor to fix the issue. Service was incredibly slow as well, taking over 7 hours to perform a recall airbag exchange that Subaru quoted as taking 30 minutes. More
