My appointment was at 8:00am and the reps/tech were ready when I arrived. Other than the usual change oil, filter, and tire rotation, they did a through inspection of the vehicle and came back with recommend when I arrived. Other than the usual change oil, filter, and tire rotation, they did a through inspection of the vehicle and came back with recommendations - replace brake pads and wipers. They even washed the car. Things were very disorganized. My repair took a hour longer then stated. My car was done but the man doing the paperwork did not see it.
