Wait times are always excessive for service. Rental cars are rarely available. My service agent charged me for service that was covered under my service plan- messed up the bill twice. I am in my early sixties, and I have been driving since I am 17. This is the best service department I have ever been to for any car brand. They are courteous, and the work is excellent.
