It was a pleasure dealing with Haldeman. It is just to bad we were not able to buy our last two Subaru's from Haldeman. They could not match the deal offered by Cherry Hill Subaru. Have been to dealership multiple times with same issues. 1. rear USB ports disconnect at random times. Have to restart car to get ports working again. 2. car vibrates when braking, uneven tire w issues. 1. rear USB ports disconnect at random times. Have to restart car to get ports working again. 2. car vibrates when braking, uneven tire wear. Was told by two independent maintenance shops that tires have to be replaced. Even though car is still in warranty was told I need to pay for brakes and new tires by Haldeman's service department. 3. unusual battery drain. If car is not driven for about 10 days it doesn't start. Had to call roadside assistance multiple times. Battery was already replaced once. in the past 35 years I purchased 3 Toyotas, 2 Nissans, Honda, Acura and Mazda and the only time I had to go to dealerships is for recalls. Even though my experience with Outback 2020 and Haldeman's inability to fix problems was very disappointing, everyone at the dealership was very polite. More

The work that was requested was not done( tire rotation) this isn’t the first this has happened. Nick Metzger was amazing. He communicated well and kept us informed in a timely matter when we had questions while awaiting delivery of our vehicle. We were in and out of the dealership in two hours, which us informed in a timely matter when we had questions while awaiting delivery of our vehicle. We were in and out of the dealership in two hours, which is probably close to a record in many states. Shout out to Chris in Finance for the quick, no BS closing process.
