My car can’t be repaired, but service did what they could. Repairs would cost more than the car was worth. Alan was great. He was pleasant efficient and described thoroughly what the issue with the car was and how long the repair would take. Alan explained that the issue was a repair that was an extended warran thoroughly what the issue with the car was and how long the repair would take. Alan explained that the issue was a repair that was an extended warrantee issue and that there would be no charge. The car was repaired in less time. While I was waiting my cell phone needed charging and there was a charging station in the waiting room for the customer use what a nice surprise. When the repair was completed Alan escorted me to the cashier where she explain where my car was which was easy to find since the parking lot had numbered spots. It was a pleasure doing business at Haldeman Service. I will use them again and recommend them to others. More
