My wife and I were shopping for SUV's and after coming from Princeton BMW, and Precision Acura, we decided to catch Lawrence Lexus before they close. Right from the beginning, when we stepped in, it was unpleasant. I see 4-5 guys huddling around the female receptionist, and all of them turn around to look at my wife and I like we were lost, yet no one asked us if we would like any help. Finally after approaching the receptionist and they managed to find a dealer. It gets worst from here. I asked him we're interested in looking at the RX and mentioned if it's too late, we can come back. He said it's fine and we can go out for a test drive. The whole time, he was rushing us to get out of the lot even before my wife can adjust her mirrors. At that point, I knew, I'm not buying from this dealer. If you don't have time to meet, then say come back for a test drive. I'd prefer that than to be rushed out and be patronized. Regardless to say, we left and ended up buying a brand new 2011 Acura MDX down the road. Precision Acura knows had to treat you well and work with you. Lawrence Lexus really need to work on their customer hospitality. More

And now as a CT200h owner, I was overall pleased with purchase experience, but it could have bee Lawrence Lexus to examine the 2011 CT200h offering. And now as a CT200h owner, I was overall pleased with purchase experience, but it could have been improved. Our salesperson was fairly rigid in providing us with discount options. My delivery of the vehicle process eventually got "into gear" after a delay of 1/2 hour despite my arranging the time. Lexus service in the past has been excellent and I expect to see that continue with the CT200h. More
Being a luxury dealershop, they treat customers with the utmost respect, as compared to lower end car companies. I'm looking forward to having my new Lexus serviced by them. I was referred to Lawrence Lexus by a friend who was leasing from the Dealership. I had relocated to New Jersey in 1997 from New York and had not had a car for some time. His professionalism and charm fit right into the company's reputation for customer service excellence. I am currently on my third lease with Lawrence Lexus and I recommend them highly and without reservation. They're the very best! From the service personnel, who took both cars in for service to the car salespersons, who spoke with us,and explained to us the good sense in leasing a new car,it was a delight. I even received credit for the service on the traded in older Lexus and the Hybrid (the other car for service) was so spotlessly cleaned that I was reluctant to drive it for fear I would dirty it. The salesperson (a new employee with your company a few months) went out of his way to answer every question. Other salespeople helped him with answers; never once saying they were too busy.The manager even worked hard to give us a good deal. Thank you for the splended attention and for caring in this purchase, which our third purchase in what I hope will be many more. More
We love our 2010 Lexus H250H. It is just terrific. And of course, hats off to Lawrence Lexus for complete satisfaction at time of purchase and throughout. A very good price, great environment. A few weeks later, I had a few questions about the Navigation system and Kamil personally assisted me and I "had to check in with him to let him know that I was ok with everything"--Awesome. How awesome is it that I walked by the Gen. Mgr's Office and he came out to personally greet me by name--He knew my name! And what about the Service Dept? I emailed the service dept with a generic question about the car--before I even pushed "send", I got an answer from Matt, the Service Mgr. And, Joseph--our sales consultant--gentleman, teacher, guider--the best. I would like to suggest that Lawrence Lexus consider changing the dealership name to "Cheers". Why? Because whenever I am in, everybody knows my name! We are not just customers. We are friends. Awesome! Ken Boardman More
I purchased a 2-year old LS from them. That went smoothly. However, when my engine made some horrible coughing, sputtering sounds sounds on several occasions, I recorded them and went to the servic smoothly. However, when my engine made some horrible coughing, sputtering sounds sounds on several occasions, I recorded them and went to the service department. The car was still under the extended warranty. Two techicians listened to the recording and said "Wow," that shouldn't be! Then the Service Manager got in the act, talked to some people up front, and the story changed. Now it was "normal" if I didn't drive the car every day. Then because I hadn't used the Lexus oil filters, I had caused it. The General Manager told me this, but it wasn't true and not in any Lexus service material. When I could prove this, he just dismissed me. The regional tech person got involved, and they said Lexus would fix it if anything went wrong, but refused to put anything in writing. The entire group made it clear that they wanted nothing to do with this potentially huge problem with my engine, and ran for the hills. It was never resolved. They ust wanted to get rid of me. (Later I discovered the source of the problem myself and corrected it) Lawrence was nice to me when they had their hand on my wallet, but when something might cost them big bucks, their performance was as bad as it gets. Beware. More
