We were treated in a professional manner from the beginning. Even when i was negociating the price on the car, my offers were not treated with scorn. No one laughed at me when I made my offer. Ok dealership. Ok Customer service when buying the car but no followup once the car is bought . Looks like they are happy to take the money but no follow-up after the sales seems the dealership doesn't c but no followup once the car is bought . Beware of Lawrence Lexus, Kevin Dunn, in particular. I inquired to purchase a used car, requested and received pictures of the vehicle. Negotiated on price, and PRESSURED to place a deposit by stating con inquired to purchase a used car, requested and received pictures of the vehicle. Negotiated on price, and PRESSURED to place a deposit by stating concurrently working on a deal with an exporter on the vehicle. I placed the deposit and looking at the pictures again in the evening before sending the paper work the next morning. I requested for more detailed pictures to make sure there was no damage to the car. Upon review of the second set of pictures the next day along with other factors, I decided to reverse the deal and requested for refund of deposit the next day. No refund of deposit, no email communication from Kevin Dunn. I sent a second email to request for a refund a week after, still no reply. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company. I’m very DISSATISFIED with this Lexus dealer, Kevin Dunn in particular. More
BUYER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE! We purchased a pre-owned vehicle and could not be more upset with the horrible customer service. Four days after bringing the car home we realized that purchased a pre-owned vehicle and could not be more upset with the horrible customer service. Four days after bringing the car home we realized that the headlight needed to be filly replaced and did not work. I called the dealership and all they said they could do is split the cost of $1400.00 with me. That is not acceptable for a car that I have had for less than a week. they knew about the issue but didn't tell us. Then I sent the management and owner an email to see if they can help resolve the issue and they have ignored me. I guess because I didn't buy an 80k car I should be treated poorly. I also noticed that they have a score of an "F" on the Better Business Bureau. There are many complaints from customers who claim that their issues were ignored and not resolved from the management. I have never had such a horrible experience purchasing a car. And I am not usually one to make a complain like this - but unless you want to be treated poorly and ripped off you should stay away from this horrible dealership. And they claim to provide world class customer service???? Yes they sold me a car they knew had something wrong with it, and then refuse to pay for it and ignore me! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! More

My 09 is-f was due for an oil change so I bring it in for service and the receptionist points me to the service advisor Tara. Immediately I could tell she was having a bad day as she seemed to be irritated a service and the receptionist points me to the service advisor Tara. Immediately I could tell she was having a bad day as she seemed to be irritated and filled with very sny remarks. After I told her what I needed done on my car, she tells me to sit in "club Lexus" (which is what they call the waiting room...) for my car to be completed along with a complementary car wash in about 30 minutes. So I'm waiting in the lounge for about 40 minutes with no updates on my car and decide to walk over to the shop so I could see where my car is. It wasent there, I thought maybe it was in the carwash so I walk outside towards the wash and out of no where, I hear loud throaty exhaust note coming from rt 1. Turn my head and sure enough, someone was flogging my car.. My blood pressure probobly went to 200.... Lawrence Lexus, never again. More
Detailing caused engine component failure and dealership refused to pay for repair. Had to take to another dealer for repair and confirmed that water caused short during engine cleaning performed by dealer. refused to pay for repair. Recpt.was nice. Mingo wasnt very good . It was a big rush.It was there price or nothing.So,I did some research on the IS250. I came up with some numbers. I had 2 payments left on my leasetotal of $900. I did my home work on the IS250 $37K was a fair price for this car.... There lose. I went to "CHERRYHILL Lexus" they took the deal. People,go to Cherryhill Lexus.Dont waste your time with Lawrence. More
