My first visit to this dealership's service department. Met Jean. She was very welcoming, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and spoke in a friendly manner with a smile. Customer service is excellent. They don't hassle us about getting extra services. They sent me a narrated video by text showing my car's assessment and under the hood. I took my 2017 RX350 for an Oil change only service. This was a horrendous experience with both service manager/rep and the actual service. 1. It took me 4 hours what's usually less than 1hour 2. I have not seen any improvement in the running of the Engine after the said oil change 3. I called and had conversation with Service Manager who vehemently denied that there will be any noticeable experience after the Oil change. 4. The dash panel now shows need service attention - service don't acknowledge anything of their incompetenet service. More
