I took my 2017 RX350 for an Oil change only service. This was a horrendous experience with both service manager/rep and the actual service. 1. It took me 4 hours what's usually less than 1hour 2. I have not seen any improvement in the running of the Engine after the said oil change 3. I called and had conversation with Service Manager who vehemently denied that there will be any noticeable experience after the Oil change. 4. The dash panel now shows need service attention - service don't acknowledge anything of their incompetenet service. More
