Sean was the worst service advisor I’ve dealt with. I specifically requested that my car not be washed and even left a sign inside the vehicle stating this. When I picked up my car, Sean told me it I specifically requested that my car not be washed and even left a sign inside the vehicle stating this. When I picked up my car, Sean told me it wasn’t washed and claimed the car was only wet because they “washed underneath it.” That was completely false. My dash cam clearly shows the vehicle being taken through the car wash, which resulted in damage to my paint. On top of that, my car wasn’t even brought up front. I had to walk all the way to the back of the lot to find it myself. Mistakes happen, but being dishonest with a customer is unacceptable. Extremely disappointing service. More
