I had a new battery put in because the acid was leaking and positive cable was corroded as explained to me which I do disagree. When I gave my approval to my service representative to replace the battery a and positive cable was corroded as explained to me which I do disagree. When I gave my approval to my service representative to replace the battery and the positive side cable, I repeatedly mentioned and requested multiple times - since the old battery will be taken out by disconnecting from both the cables and replaced with a new battery, I wanted the negative cable to be cleaned with a wire brush or something like that so that it is cleaned even though there may not be acid leak on that. After picking the car, I noticed there was a little bit of acid formation (white powder) on the negative cable and it was not cleaned. I walked back and talked about it with my service representative but the explanation there was no acid leak and the response was completely disregarding a customer's complain and not even offering to look at it. This is not customer service and valuing your customers while you charge exorbitantly for your services. More
