Saved us time and money! Had to have the 2004 Explorer towed in on 5/23/18 when the alternator went bad. Had the truck back in 2 days. We already had an appointment schedule Had to have the 2004 Explorer towed in on 5/23/18 when the alternator went bad. Had the truck back in 2 days. We already had an appointment scheduled for 6/2/18 for inspection/emissions, but they were able to get it all done while it was there to have the alternator replaced - saved us a 2nd trip back!
