I purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler JKU Rubicon from Bill a few weeks ago. The Jeep was in pristine condition, very well kept and listed at a very reasonable price considering the current automotive climate. few weeks ago. During the test drive we encountered a front, passenger/side brake caliper was locking up. The service team immediately pull the Jeep in for service, and replaced the front hardware on both sides. We also found a crack in the windshield the day after we brought it home, and I called to inform the service team of our findings. A day later I received a call from Safelite Auto Glass, and Haldeman Ford/Lincoln replaced the glass with a OE Mopar windshield - no questions asked, again. I worked with Wil and Bill on the deal, and these guys are straight shooters that know how to treat a customer. I’m not a Ford or Lincoln guy, but they treated me like I was purchasing a new car from their brand. I highly recommend anyone looking for a Ford, Lincoln, or any car listed on their Allentown, PA dealer lot - you’ll be treated respectfully and fairly, that much I can guarantee. More

Salesman was great when I purchased my 2021 Bronco sport, however my car has been sitting at the body shop waiting for a knee airbag which was ordered 12/1/21. I had an oil leak on my 2026 Fire Edge sport with 34,000 miles. They could not find the leak told me I had to drive more with dye in oil. They do not offer a shuttle service in 2022 because of COVID. Remind you it’s 2022 and you can ride Uber with a mask but not this cheap owner of a dealer. More

Terrible service! I was sold on "The Lincoln Way" and the "great customer service" I would receive when my new Lincoln needed service. I drove there this morning to drop my Lincoln off and then they called Enterprise to bring me a Toyota Corolla and Enterprise needed a $50 deposit. I didn't buy a new Lincoln to drive a crappy Corolla. When I brought it to their attention that I would not drive a Corolla I was told that's the best they could do. I left with my Lincoln and will go somewhere else. 2 hours of my day wasted. Don't waste your time here. More

The service here is incompetent. We test drove a car in May 2020 and it squeaked and the brakes made a clicking sound. Service looked at it once and said it was broken clip. Bought the car with cash and on the way home the noise came back. Went back to service for a second time. Was told it was the brake pads. Well guess what? A week later the noise came back. It's obvious service can't fix a simple problem here. Sales also loves to sell broken cars! My 70 year old father will be fixing it now since he's more capable than this FORD Dealership! More

Bought a used car from Haldeman Ford that was found to have dirty oil after 3 months and 3000 miles? I was told the oil and oil filter (which is now leaking) were replaced at Haldeman Ford. Having the car checked at a good Ford dealer then opened the “can of worms”. After many attempts to contact Haldeman Ford they have obviously chosen to take no responsibility. I’m sure this will fall on deaf ears so I won’t continue my rant but the feeling of being ripped off is a sour one. More
