Horrible customer service We purchased our truck end of June on a Saturday. There were a few things that needed to be fixed. Radio front speakers didn’t work, has stains on We purchased our truck end of June on a Saturday. There were a few things that needed to be fixed. Radio front speakers didn’t work, has stains on the black trim, touch up paint on the front grill, back passenger door was missing all of the screws, trim and handle. So they agreed they would fix the truck. we could leave it and first thing Monday the salesman Walter would take it In To be fixed. Since I work in Orlando I ended up taking the day off. On Monday I call midday, ask how it was going and that I would be there around 7pm to pick it up and bring in my trade-in. I show up at 7pm and nothing was done to the truck they didn’t even fill it up with gas. I ended up talking to the service manager and he tells me that he didn’t know and that Walter has the day off!!! He asked me to bring it back and promised he’d make sure it was done. So having to take another day off I returned 2 weeks later. Dropped my car off on Thursday night and returned to pick it up Saturday morning. Walter comes out to show me what a great job he did touching up the grill paint as I notice all the over spray on the ram emblem. However at the time everything else seemed to be done. I drive off and 10 minutes down the road the radio shuts off and now does that every 30-40 min the whole way home. So I decide to take a look at the wiring and notice many exposed wires and the wires that were connected to each other they used electrical tape. Very Poor Workman ship! Horrible customer service! I do not recommend them! They maybe a little bit cheaper but it will cost you more in the end!!!! Since I no longer trust them I now have to take my truck somewhere for them to fix the radio correctly!!! RUN!!!! Stay away!!!! More
