Repeated calls to the dealership have fallen on deaf ears. They have left us on hold for hours at a time, waiting for this salesman or that salesman to actually do something. "Johnny" the finance manager has told us on numerous occasions that he would get it settled... Nothing has happened. We have repeatedly asked to speak to the General Manager, and that request is always denied. We has asked to speak with owner... also denied. This deanship is packed with sleazy salesmen that don't give a crap about you or the car that you just purchased the second you leave their lot. I hope that this honest review of their performance informs your decision to seek a different dealership. I am absolutely not alone in my disdain for this dealership. Just check their existing BBB record if you want to see exactly how many complaints that they have. They have a 1.5 star rating out of a possible 5 stars. BBB and Attorney General Complaint: Haimes Motors has failed to comply with the "We Owe" terms of their contract and have repeatedly ignored requests to do so. On June 12th 2020 I purchased a 2019 Jeep Wrangler from Haimes Motors. The Jeep was modified with custom aftermarket parts and was missing some very crucial parts that are required by federal law to be part of the vehicle. Specifically, the vehicle's spare tire mount, which houses the third brake light was not functioning, and in fact, not even attached to the vehicle. It was sitting in the rear cargo area. Haimes Motors could not even locate the factory bolts that mount the spare tire carrier. Also on the "We Owe" section of this contract was the center caps for the new wheels that Haimes Motors had placed onto the vehicle without installing the center caps. "Under the Federal regulations in the United States, motor vehicles must be manufactured so that the third brake light (or "center highmounted stop lamp" as we call it) and all other stop lamps are steady-burning when they are in use." Center High Mounted Stop Lamps (CHMSL) have been standard equipment on all new passenger cars sold in the United States since model year 1986 and all new light trucks since model year 1994, as required by Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 108. If the fact that Haimes Motors has modified our vehicle to be in violation of federal law wasn't bad enough, 24 hours after we brought the vehicle home, the aftermarket LED off-road light mounted above the windshield malfunctioned and would stay on regardless of the switch position. We had to remove the power cables from the battery to get the light to turn off. We, of course, called Haimes Motors immediately the next day and requested the build sheet from SoFLO so that we could have the light bar replaced under the factory warranty. Haimes Motors has failed to provide it. For FOUR months this has been an ongoing struggle to get Haimes Motors to comply with their contractual obligations, let alone function as a reputable business. This complaint will also be forwarded to the Florida Attorney Generals Office for consideration. More

Car was represented as has minor wear and scratches;False crappy repaint of entire car.We will service car for you-False oil or car was not serviced. I own 7 cars and this by far has been my worst dealer experience to date! More
