In the past, walking into a dealership always made me a nervous wreck because I always felt like the sales people were vultures ready to pick my bones or wallet clean. Gregg Elmore completely changed my opinion. He evaluated my car and said he found a couple of small things. I thought, here comes the bad news. But the bad news never came. The difference between Gregg's revised offer and the Blue book quote was less than one percent. I was more than happy and we sealed the transaction..
