Tried to scam me Took them my 2010 b mw x5 to sell ...Greg ellmore in his incompetence put false info Into the kbb website such as saying my car had extensive chips i Took them my 2010 b mw x5 to sell ...Greg ellmore in his incompetence put false info Into the kbb website such as saying my car had extensive chips in the roof requiring paint when in fact if they looked closer they would have realized it was bird poop which wiped right off, they also said my car had a oil leak which it did not it was due to a recent oil change...they only offered me $5000 And said that's all it's worth which I knew was xx...so I went to carmax who gave me a Check on the spot for $8000....That's $3000 they tried to short me...if You want a fair deal I suggest going elsewhere unless you like getting scammed ....service dept though has taken care of me when servicing my vehicle More

I bought it in for an appraisal and even though Haggerty couldn't buy my car to resell (due to an existing large repair that was needed), he immediately contacted other smaller dealerships and had a quote for me by the next morning!
