My credit is decent but still not as great as I would like it to be and because of that I have had problems with other dealerships trying to get financed on my own without a cosigner. John really went to bat for me and did everything he could and in the end I was able to drive out of Haggerty in a brand new 2014 Ford Focus with 0% APR for the entire length of my loan at a monthly payment that I could afford! John is very approachable and easy to get along with there is no b.s. with this guy. I liked the no haggle approach and relaxed disposition of Mike. It's a pretty big deal buying a vehicle as you're spending some serious $$. Mike made it easy, quick and pleasant. I've already recommended him and Haggerty to a friend who's looking to trade in her Explorer for a Fusion. Haggerty ford had A car that came very close to what I wanted. Initially I was unsure about how I felt about the price as it was on the high end on the spectrum. However, Gregg in the end was willing to negotiate a fair price that I was comfortable with. Overall I was very happy with the customer service I received, as they did everything possible to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase, including making sure that the car looked brand new when I drove off.
