Paid great attention to the details of the vehicle, was very informative about all of the car features, history, etc...was willing to accomodate some slight issues with the car without hesitation (floor mats, cleaning it up a bit better on the inside, buffed a little scratch personally). I liked the no haggle approach and relaxed disposition of Mike. It's a pretty big deal buying a vehicle as you're spending some serious $$. Mike made it easy, quick and pleasant. I've already recommended him and Haggerty to a friend who's looking to trade in her Explorer for a Fusion. Brian in Finance was awesome as well - my husband and I spent a few hours there last night and the experience was as painless and pleasant as it possibly could have been. Haggerty ford had A car that came very close to what I wanted. Initially I was unsure about how I felt about the price as it was on the high end on the spectrum. However, Gregg in the end was willing to negotiate a fair price that I was comfortable with. Overall I was very happy with the customer service I received, as they did everything possible to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase, including making sure that the car looked brand new when I drove off.
