Great Experience I had my parents go in today to sell my 2004 Toyota Highlander. I was relocated to Georgia on short notice and did not want to move a 15 year old vehicle. I made an appointment online and my parents met with Gregg Elmore. I was a little concerned with the whole process of getting a KBB offer online and worried my parents might get taken advantage of. I am happy to report they were treated very fairly and we were able to successfully sell the vehicle for what we were quoted. My parents even went on and on with how professional and polite Gregg was and how he took the time to work with them and make them feel comfortable and confident during the entire process.
