Who does that !! Bugs, I can’t thank you enough…. Tom in finance was efficient and explained everything in a steady pace (I am hard of hearing) Tom had brought in a rib dinner for myself and my son as it was late and I appreciate that.. class act all around ! My wife and I were looking for a 2020 used explorer. The salesmanger Lou and the used car manger along with the salesm were great. My wife and I looked at other vehicles but we liked and trusted Lou so we decided to purchase from Haggerty. He just seems like an honest person and that is who I want to do business with. I dealt with Lou three years ago when I ws purchasing a new truck unfortunately Lou could not find what I was looking for but if he could have I would have bought it from Hagerty. My experience with Lou was so good that we came back to Haggerty. Hagerty also fixed everthing the the wheel and gave us a spare programmed fob. We called after a week and noticed the heat was not as hot on the passnger side and Haggerty fixed the heat also at no charge Great people great dealership More
Honest and Customer Focused We recently took our 2004 E-350 12 passenger van to Haggerty with some handling issues and they could have told us we needed new shock absorbers, whee We recently took our 2004 E-350 12 passenger van to Haggerty with some handling issues and they could have told us we needed new shock absorbers, wheel rebalance and an alignment costing over a $1000 and instead they indicated they thought the problem was an imbalance in the tire air pressures and that those other things were not needed at this time. They charged us nothing for their time. They have done this before as well. We have taken the vehicle to one place and they gave us a quote for over a $1000 of work and we took it to Haggerty and they said you just need to replace one of those parts and it was $300. More

"A+" sales team, "B" for vehicle presentation It's only been 3 days since we purchased a used Kia, so fingers crossed it's as good as we hope. Pluses: Dario was great. He was very friendly a It's only been 3 days since we purchased a used Kia, so fingers crossed it's as good as we hope. Pluses: Dario was great. He was very friendly and fair. Dave, the finance guy, was very friendly and personable. Zero pressure to add on any extra warranties, etc. We simply said we weren't interested in extras and that was that. When we offered a price on the car to Dario, he discussed it with higher-ups and accepted it within 10 minutes; no additional haggling. The entire transaction from arrival, personal inspection, test drive, purchase discussion, signing the papers, and driving off the lot with our new car took less than two hours. Minuses: We purchased a 10-yr old vehicle in 2017 from another dealership and it was beyond immaculate. I'm not kidding when I say it was so clean it looked and smelled brand new. We were expecting that level of attention to detail out of this dealership. The cleanliness of the car we purchased at Haggerty was passable, but I'm going to need to get a car wash, do a deep clean of the door jams, wipe some dried mud from inside the door cup holders and Armor All inside. So, that was disappointing. The main reason we dickered with price is that it was painfully obvious by sound and grooves in rotors that all four rotors and brake pads need to be replaced ASAP. Their pre-inspection paperwork stated the brakes were okay. We respectfully disagreed, Halfway home, the tire pressure light came on. When we checked the tires, three were set at 42 lbs and one at 30 lbs -- even though the recommended amount should be 32 lbs. This is such a simple thing to make sure is correct before they sell a car. So, again, somewhat disappointed. I would recommend this dealership 100% based on the sales team. Just go in with eyes wide open about any used car you want to purchase there. More
