I have been going to their service department for years. I suspected they weren’t rotating the tires. So this time I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Before I left I marked each tire with a di I suspected they weren’t rotating the tires. So this time I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Before I left I marked each tire with a different colored chalk. When I got home and I saw that it was not done. They didn’t rotate the tires. I also waited 2 1/2 hours for this to be done. I’m not even sure if the oil change was performed either. They have done a transmission fluid flush and an alignment as well that we suspected was not done either. They are not to be trusted. I will not trust them with my vehicle ever again. I knew the alignment wasn’t done because the car was immediately pulling to the left when I pulled out of the parking lot. When I brought it back to be checked again, the service manager told me “I just don’t know how new car steering feels like!” Not okay. Very unprofessional. More
I had to bring my vehicle in twice. Once for the original appointment that was supposed to take 45 minutes and wasn't finished for 2 hours. And the second time when I got down the road and noticed that the t appointment that was supposed to take 45 minutes and wasn't finished for 2 hours. And the second time when I got down the road and noticed that the technician didn't put the steering wheel back on flush with the dash and I had to turn around and come back. Now Matt would like me to come back a third time to take a look at a part that broke while I'm their care to make sure he orders to correct replacement. It's completely unacceptable customer service to ask that I make another 30 minute drive one way to determine what part is necessary when your service department was neglectful in the first place. Don't ask me to come out of my way to fix a mistake that I didn't create. More

6 month service The service people are easy to schedule service on my Sportage and the service workers wash and wax my Kia and perform my service work, oil and filter The service people are easy to schedule service on my Sportage and the service workers wash and wax my Kia and perform my service work, oil and filter change every 6 months and do an excellent job. It is a pleasure to talk to nice people and get great service. More
What Customer Service Looks Like ! Ben, my Service Technician was great ! He offered to wash my car after the oil change. Which delighted me ! He presented me with the other service items on my car that need attention. Explained his findings, yet he didn't pressure me to have them done at that time. He did present me with the cost for both issues, which is very helpful in keeping up with the necessary service and running conditon of my car, all while giving me what the expected cost will be. I so appreciate his personality. He is always very polite and professional. Never pressuring me, or making me feel like he is doing me a favor by waiting on me. I would definately recommend the Service department at Hagerstown Kia. The Service Manager, Matt is also very customer friendly and treats everyone like your family. More

RECENT SERVICE (Windshield Replacement) I just bought a new Kia Optima, and am very happy about the purchase. There was a 3-inch, very faint, scratch on the driver's side windshield that I I just bought a new Kia Optima, and am very happy about the purchase. There was a 3-inch, very faint, scratch on the driver's side windshield that I thought would be an easy fix. The Kia service team recommended that it be replaced. I was not sure how the scratch got there, but they took care of it like the Champs they are. They are "Top-notch" and it shows. Pure professionalism! Thanks guys! More

My wife and I were in the market for a mini van so I spoke with Jim while they worked on our vehicle. Jim showed us the new mini vans and I was very impressed. I expressed to Jim exactly what I was looking for and he did not push to sell us one from the lot but went a search out what we was looking for. He found exactly what we wanted down to the color. I left Kia feeling like part of the family. More
