"Customer Service is key in today's day and age in the business world". With so many places/dealerships out there, if you don't provide the service people will go elsewhere. Such are the experiences my hu business world". With so many places/dealerships out there, if you don't provide the service people will go elsewhere. Such are the experiences my husband and I had on many occasions. We had been looking at cars for sometime and had some bad experiences. So if the customer service wasn't there to begin with, we moved on until we found the car and the service we were expecting. We saw a car we wanted to look at on auto trader that was at kia. We went to look and test the car out. Ben came out to greet us. He was extremely professional, courteous, helpful and knowledgable. He was so easy to work with. He was always prompt with any assistance we needed. After the prior experiences we had with looking at cars, this was exactly what we needed to experience and the service we were looking for. Coming from a customer service world, the service you provide is instrumental in making or breaking a deal. Even though the car was exactly what we had wanted, if Kia wouldn't have provided the service we wouldn't have bought the car. And the customer service didn't just stop after the sale or signing of the deal. Ben still calls us from time to time to check up, see if we still are enjoying the car and to see if we need any assistance. Randy was a very helpful employee he did not push me into buying anything right away. He let me look at a bunch of different SUV's to find the one that i wanted.
