Shopped over the internet for the pass few weeks. Decided that I would give Kia a look. Looked at what was available at dealerships within 50 miles. Went on live chat Monday morning, then within minutes was contacted by Emily who set up an appointment for me to look at the vehicle I was interested in, a Soul Exclaim. Rick was the salesperson and brought the vehicle out and away we went for a spin. I decided this vehicle would fit my needs very well. Buying a new car now days can be intimidating but this wasn't. Rick was very knowledgeable, no pressure and the support staff was great. I arrived at the dealership at 10:30am and left in my new car at 1:30pm.
