My experience at Hagerstown Kia was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and professional. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and this was by far the least stressful Luke and Emily made buying staff was very friendly and professional. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and this was by far the least stressful Luke and Emily made buying a car fun again. I started my used car search online and submitted interest in a car they had. Shortly afterwards I was contacted by Emily who set up a time for me to test drive the car. When I arrived everything was ready for me, even a welcome sign on the car. Emily set me up with Luke who was my sales person who took me for my test drive. I liked the car and the price so Luke took care of all the paperwork and I drove the car home with very little waiting. Thanks Luke and Emily More

From the moment we walked into Hagerstown Kia all of the staff were very friedly. Jeremy was very helpful with all of the questions we had in regards to the Kia Forte. Once I purchased the car he made sure that it was spotless and everthing was perfect before we drove off of the lot. He also made sure to go through every button in the car and answered any questions I had before leaving. Last week I was on vacation in Maryland, and buying a car was the last thing on my mind. I have wanted a CRV for a while now, but just hadn't taken the time to shop for one. I happened to ride by Haggerstown Honda and thought, "Why not just stop in and take a look?" From the minute I got there, I was so impressed! There was someone to greet me at the door and I was shown cars without the usual pressure from car salesmen. Jacob was so helpful, not pushy, which is so often the case. I drove out in a new car. Britton had my paperwork ready to go in no time and it was a wonderful experience. Usually buying a car is so dreaded and stressful for women but not this time! I will always return to this dealership for my cars and recommend it to all my friends! P.S. The car is fabulous! More
