My family and I have been looking for cars for me for the past couple weeks, and have had terrible experiences. I needed a car that I could afford while starting school and working part time, and as soon the past couple weeks, and have had terrible experiences. I needed a car that I could afford while starting school and working part time, and as soon as we pulled onto the lot Luke had five cars waiting for us, all of which were nice, clean, low mileaged, and affordable. We immediately test drove a couple and five minutes later were in the process for me to take it home. My dad hates car shopping but repeatedly commented how it was the best car shopping experience he's had. We will definitely be recommending Luke and Hagerstown Kia to our friends and family. More

I leased a Honda Pilot and the process was seamless with no hassle. The team at Kia/Honda is fabulous. Mike was a true professional. He did what he said and there is no better customer service. He showed us a variety of new and used cars in various price ranges and allowed us time to discuss pros and cons of each. He did not pressure us at all, nor did he try to steer us toward something more expensive than we were comfortable with. There came a point when we were trying to decide between a new vehicle and an almost-new one. These cars were on opposite ends of the lot, so Mike went across the lot and brought the new car down to compare it with the used one. The decision was easy to make when we had the cars side-by-side. Mike made us feel like he really cared about our process and respected our decision. In fact, he provided some insightful observations that ultimately sealed our choice of vehicle. I completed the purchase on the following day, and again Mike was just as patient and supportive as I negotiated on my trade-in and researched finance options. In the end, my husband and I believe we bought exactly the kind of car needed and that we received a good value for our dollars. Please express to Mike and the team our heartfelt appreciation. More
