We had just left another car dealership and was very unhappy after our experience there. We then Hagerstown Kia. We were greeted by Jeremy Myers and we instantly clicked with him. He gave us the options and prices of the cars to give us an idea of our monthly cost. He got us right where we wanted to be. On the test ride he talked was and joked to my kids. When we got back to the dealership to do the deal he offered them some snacks and a soda. I was really impressed with his skills as overall salesman. The transaction between myself and Luke was flawless! I knew what I wanted and he knew what he was doing. He answered every question I had for him and explained it in a way I could understand it. The salepeople in the office didn't seem to mind my niece and nephew's energetic behavior. I told Luke I had to be out of Hagerstown by 5:00 PM yesterday and I was. I had no intention of stopping to check out a Honda for I 3 appointments with other dealers. It was a true intervention when I turned down the "wrong" road and saw Honda and said, "Why not check this out?" 3 appointments with other dealers. I was fortunate to be greeted by a kind, professional, up-lifting, non-pressuring sales person, Jeremy Myers. He is the "Poster Child" of what a car salesperson could be. No pressure but confident and encouraging. He showed me a number of used vehicles and I was strongly leaning toward one Honda Civic. I liked the appearance and the millage was very reasonable for a 2009 vehicle. We took the car out for a ride and that was it. I loved the way the car drove and pick-up for this four cylinder was exceptional. I know that if Jeremy did not approach me first, I probably would have left the Honda dealership. I have had many not so good experiences with car salesman in my life of 60+ years. Jeremy is outstanding. He listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to see that this would happen. He is clearly the reason I bought a Honda at your dealership. I have told many people I know of this experience and they were equally impressed. More

And not only that, they made my wish of buying a honda feel like it would never happen because of my credit score and financial reasons. From the very beginning Hagerstown Honda/Kia was a pleasure to work with. I came a long way to look at a car and when I arrived they had it ready to go. He seemed to genuinely enjoy his job which I have not always experienced with car salesmen. If I didn't live so far away I would be recommending this dealership and Luke to everyone I could. Overall they were very communicative before I came in and they made the whole process enjoyable. The price was good, not amazingly low but very fair and reasonable. Could not have asked for more, my expectations were surpassed. I highly recommend Hagerstown Honda/Kia and Luke! More
