I have been going to their service department for years. I suspected they weren’t rotating the tires. So this time I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Before I left I marked each tire with a di I suspected they weren’t rotating the tires. So this time I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Before I left I marked each tire with a different colored chalk. When I got home and I saw that it was not done. They didn’t rotate the tires. I also waited 2 1/2 hours for this to be done. I’m not even sure if the oil change was performed either. They have done a transmission fluid flush and an alignment as well that we suspected was not done either. They are not to be trusted. I will not trust them with my vehicle ever again. I knew the alignment wasn’t done because the car was immediately pulling to the left when I pulled out of the parking lot. When I brought it back to be checked again, the service manager told me “I just don’t know how new car steering feels like!” Not okay. Very unprofessional. More
Update from Jauary 2024 I would not but a Kia Soul till you make sure that whole day it will work for you, they ripped me off and my payments are $682.00 a month (Bad) service department Mike was my till you make sure that whole day it will work for you, they ripped me off and my payments are $682.00 a month (Bad) service department Mike was my salesman he is a great guy, and he helped me out with a New 2023 Kia Soul, But NOTE this… This bad issuer wasn’t Mikes fault it’s the dealership and service department’s fault…. I talked to the Hagerstown KIA They tried to help me with this Issue with my Kia, But they gave up on me and would not give me a different car like my Kia Soul. The day I bought a brand new in 2023 Kia soul 2023 It only had 17 miles on the car and on my way home the day I bought the Kia, all kinds of warnings came on dash 2 times a day every day and for a new car that’s bad, so i called Hagerstown Kia and so the car was in the shop 10 times and they tried to find out what is causing the problem. The warning lights come on my dash every day since i bought the car, i have print outs and dates and times of everything, they could not find out what was causing this issue, so I'm stuck with a non-repairing car. NOTE: I would not buy a Kia Soul till you make sure that whole day it will work for you, they RIPPED ME OFF and my payments are $682.00 a month More

We bought our 2024 Kia Seltos on May 30th. Mike Todd worked with us. Mike was open and honest re any question I asked or any concerns we had. Since I (the woman) did all the negotiating, this made a big impression on me. We dealt with another dealership (not Kia) earlier that morning that refused to acknowledge any question I asked. I was very upfront with Mike on what I wanted, and what price we expected to pay. He, and Scott Murray (finance) made it happen. It took 4 hours, but it was a very smooth and easy process. We were treated so well throughout the entire process. I have already bragged about the great service we received, but Hagerstown Kia is already known by many in Boonsboro for being very easy to work with. More
KIA Don’t stand behind there product. If your engine fails, they won’t pay to fix it even if it’s under 100,000 miles just because you’re the second owner not the first owner.
