From the time I entered the lot, I was greeted very friendly by the Salesman and another employee. I had picked out a vehicle I was interested in online and inspected the car. We found a used car online at this dealership. My wife decided to go take a look and test drive the vehicle. We decided to go back the next day and see if we could work out a deal for a trade in. We took another test drive, looked over the car, even tried out the car seats to make sure they fit properly. Randy, our salesman, even helped out. They gave me a great price on our trade in beating KBB and dropped the price on the car we were purchasing. I never once even had to haggle. They did better than what I had expected to get. Even through all the paperwork our salesman, the manager, and the financing department guided us through the entire process that night as painlessly as possible. It was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. They took care of the transfer of tags (even though we live in the next state) and contacted our insurance agent first thing the next morning to give them all the information so we just had to call and confirm. Futhermore, the car is top notch. It is a 2007, with 30,000+ miles, but I cannot find the slightest bit of wear on the car, nor can I find one speck of dirt on the car, even under the hood. It rides smooth and the tires have to be brand new, or very close. I would definitely recommend Hagerstown Honda to anyone, and I will definitely head there for my next car puchase. More

I engaged two Honda dealers via the Web in my search for a White Touring Honda Pilot (Hagerstown and Criswell in Germantown Maryland). The experiences were VERY different. Criswell made many empty promisses which kept me driving down there or stopping by on my way home from work, only to find they could not come through or the fact they were not listening to what I was looking for. Hagerstown, kept me up to date and explaining to me the reality of the Touring during this time. However, they continued to look and keep me abreast of possibilities. They found a second color I liked and made arrangements to swap a dealer for the second choice car coming off manufactoring. As we were ready to go up and look at the Blue Pilot - they called and let me know they found a white one! This meant they were going way beyond what I imagined. We drove up to allow them to look at our trade-in, they made us an offer and we accepted. The following day (a Saturday), we had planned to go to Hagerstown and make the deal complete. My wife could not make it which would have pushed the deal into the following week. Hagerstown Honda then suggested they could bring the new vehicle to us, have us sign the paper work in our own home and then they would drive the used vehicle back...... WOW! what service. I had never experienced anything like it. Overall, the people (even beyond David, Jeff, and Ryan) were very friendly and provided input to some of our add-ons we were thinking about. All in all - very friendly, very accomodating, and interested most of all in the happiness of me and my wife! I think they [Hagerstown Honda] should offer the in-home delivery and signing of the paper work as a service - was very nice. More
I have had so many issues with the service department at Hagerstown Honda. I bought a brand new 2008 Accord loaded and the power door locks have went out, the engine had issues at start up and now the stee Hagerstown Honda. The service department replaced the bearings and called and said the car was fixed. I drove over to Hagerstown Honda (about 30 minutes), got into my car and the steering wheel moves side to side and all around in the locked position. I could have died if I drove this car home on the interstate. More

He called me back with a rock bottom price that know one could even touch and offered to drive the mini-van to my house. This was the best purchase ever and I did not have to leave home to do it. We signed the papers in my drive way. Brandon is the best and I am the happiest customer in the world. It is wonderful to know that there is a car dealership out there that really cares about and listens to their customer. Hagerstown is an excellent dealership if you are looking for service, experience, knowledge, excellence and pure joy in purchasing a new car. THIS IS OUR 4TH ACCORD FROM HAGERSTOWN HONDA AND AGAIN I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. THIS DEALERSHIP IS 1ST CLASS AND WE TELL EVERYONE IN OUR AREA TO SHOP THERE. WE DROVE A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR AND ARRIVED AROUND 3:30. AFTER THE TEST DRIVE BRANDON PULLED UP THE SCREEN AND SHOWED US ALL THE NUMBERS. WE TALKED WITH HIM AND TOLD HIM WHAT WE NEEDED TO MAKE THE DEAL. HE SPOKE WITH HIS MANAGER, CAME BACK WITH A SMILE AND WHAT WE NEEDED TO HEAR. WE THEN TALKED TO MATT AND HE ALSO WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND TOOK CARE OF FINDING US THE BEST INTEREST RATE. HE TOOK CARE OF ALL THE DETAILS. I have dealt with Chad Black from a previous dealership, and had nothing but positive to say after the sale. This time was no different. I already knew what vehicle I wanted from looking at their website, and was pleased at the trade-in given for my old Ford. I felt proud to go onto a lot, get the car I wanted,alone,and drive off with payments that won't cramp my budget. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a quality car in a nice atmosphere.
