Horrible prices and service. They overcharged me by hundreds on repair work compared to the same service at Steve Lewis Subaru. And they could care less, it seems, when offered the chance to match the hundreds on repair work compared to the same service at Steve Lewis Subaru. It is no wonder people local to Pittsfield go to other dealerships.. Haddad treats a service visit as a "one time opportunity" to rip you off. Little do they realize that for each customer they do this t dealerships.. Haddad treats a service visit as a "one time opportunity" to rip you off. Little do they realize that for each customer they do this to they lose that customer, and that customer lets other people know how bad they were treated. They will out of business soon with the reputation they have. I'm not going into the details, but I refuse to enter that dealership again even though I work less than a mile from it! More

Mary was great! She helped us get just what we needed at a fair price. I would, however, like to have seen much more professionalism and overall friendliness from the sales staff. As I waited for my oil cha a fair price. I would, however, like to have seen much more professionalism and overall friendliness from the sales staff. As I waited for my oil change to be completed, I was subject to inappropriate conversations, plenty of cursing, and when I actually had questions about our next Subaru car- not very much help. I got the feeling I was inconveniencing the sales staff by waiting in their waiting room and especially by asking car sales related questions. A shame, as I am looking for the next Subaru dealership in western Mass to purchase our next car from. Looks like we'll avoid Haddad for sales, but stick with them for services. Again, Mary has been wonderful. More
