The service center made it easy to set up my two maintenance appointments. Well organized and I highly recommend it. I did not feel pressured to add extra work orders. I also had a separate urgent issue with my cooling system, the staff made an arrangement to see me the same day based on my problem description. The problem turned out to be very trivial but addressed quickly and put me at easy prior to a long holiday weekend. I also got a follow up phone call if all is ok, very nice. Thank you. More

Unknown Recall I was contacted by Mike Bonak explaining to me that there was a recall for my new Legacy. Terrible customer service post-purchase I will forever be going to a different dealership. I took my car in to have a few items looked at that were covered by the warranty package I bought as it had to be evaluated before anything could be fixed. It then took two months of calling to set up an appointment but no one followed through with me. Finally, I was able to set up an appointment but it turns out that they did not keep a record of the initial evaluation and were supposed to take photos but didn't...their poor customer service is resulting in multiple trips and taking time off work for me. I am very disappointed. More

Availability of convenient appointment times as well as timeliness of work completed is very good for my work schedule. I would like to have my car washed when I have (an expensive) maintenance done...whe timeliness of work completed is very good for my work schedule.
