I thought I might need ti After driving nearly 90,000 miles on my brand-new 2014 Forester, I thought it might be a good idea to request a 'check-up'. I thought I might need tires. They told me that I didn't. I thought I needed new brakes. They told me that I didn't. I did need a tune-up, an oil change, and a transmission fluid service. I requested and received a loaner-car, and there was no pressure on me to either pick up my car or return theirs. I am not surprised by this experience. This is the quality of service that I have been accustomed to at Haddad Subaru. More

Today was my first visit to this dealership, and I'm very happy with the Service Department, I was assisted by the service manager, who was professional and courteous, despite the fact that I didn't have an appointment. The experience was pleasant and positive, I didn't wait very long, however the waiting area is clean, and well maintained, and thus the wait was very easy. I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone contemplating the purchase of a new or preowned vehicle. Thank you very much. I'll be back. More
