I spoke with Abby when calling to inquire on a newly listed CPO. I then told her I would be driving down shortly (24 mile trip) and she stayed to meet with me despite the fact that her shift had ended. listed CPO. After a quick test drive, I told her I would return in the morning (as the dealership was closing). I met with her at opening and she had all the information I had requested; she promised the special APR% offered by Subaru America. As the price of the new car was competitive, that left only the trade-in negotiation. She went to Justin Casey (General Sales Manager) and obtained a trade-in value. I negotiated with her and she gave sound advice on what type of offer would be accepted by the dealership and we came to an agreement. Abby is very enthusiastic about working at Haddad Subaru and has a lot of respect for her managers and co-workers. Abby had several suggestions during the purchase process and she is a credit to the sales team. She was candid and honest which can sometimes be in short supply when purchasing a new vehicle. More

While very professional, he has taken the time to listen to our needs and preferences while promoting the "health" of our vehicles and honestly assessing what we need. We live in a rural area and have two Subarus with well over 200,000 miles. This may cost the organization small amounts in the short term, but reaps long-term benefits. We have been adverse to considering other service providers or dealers for many years. He has our trust, not an easy thing to come by. The rest of the service and parts department, namely Bill, Brandon and Shane contribute to this as well. This has contributed to our purchase decisions, as well.
