I have observed a subtle bias against women customers and co-workers here. Today Briana was introduced with something like "she's really good," as though I thought she might not be. Haddad is such a professional, also soficated place to purchase a car.,this is my fourth car. I worked with Mark, our Service Advisor, on a total warning light display in our ‘21 Crosstrek. He arranged a brand new Crosstrek loaner for us, kept me up to date as diagnostics progressed, and let me warning light display in our ‘21 Crosstrek. He arranged a brand new Crosstrek loaner for us, kept me up to date as diagnostics progressed, and let me know as soon as special order parts arrived and were installed in our car.
