Have been a customer of 15 years and have never had a single negative experience from the service folks. Last weekend I took my new lease in for its 6 month check up. There was an oil spill in my engine single negative experience from the service folks. Last weekend I took my new lease in for its 6 month check up. There was an oil spill in my engine while the mechanic was working on it. I was quietly told what the issue was and offered a loaner. They never charged me anything during the time they took to clean up. The oil smell is still a bit of an issue since I picked it up. I will return if anything serious arises because of it. The team is always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. More

I have observed a subtle bias against women customers and co-workers here. Today Briana was introduced with something like "she's really good," as though I thought she might not be. Sales person previously a co-workers here. Today Briana was introduced with something like "she's really good," as though I thought she might not be. Sales person previously assumed my husband and I were jointly buying a car that was mine to buy. It's subtle, but I haven't been treated that way in a dealership since the 90s.
