We were very happy with our experience at Haddad Subaru. Shawn came out to meet us in the parking lot, asked our price range, and then showed us only the cars that fit within it. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and within a few minutes we had found the car for us. When we returned to make the purchase, Chris was there to meet us and get our paperwork for a loan started, and he handled everything beautifully. We were very pleased with the terms of the loan and warrantee that Chris found for us. And most of all, we were pleasantly surprised to be driving home in our new (to us) car within a few hours. While I waited, I was able to get work done, thanks to the wi-fi in the waiting area. I was delighted with the process from start to finish, and would recommend Haddad Subaru (and indeed already have) to my friends. More
There are no words to describe how bad my experience with Haddad Subaru was. I know that at least 3 of the people I worked with are no longer with the dealership so may be things have since changed for the Haddad Subaru was. I know that at least 3 of the people I worked with are no longer with the dealership so may be things have since changed for the better, but when I went several months ago I had the worst car buying experience in my life. Every single step from the moment I walked in went absolutely poor. I was told that the dealership could not provide me a loan (I have excellent credit). I drove the hour ride home upset, only to be contacted the following morning to be advised they could get me a loan. Then I drove the hour ride back to sign for the loan, only to find out I couldn't take the car because the title wasn't in yet. Also, the monthly payment I had been given mysteriously went up when I got there to sign. I was told the dealership would not pay for the $400 fee to certify the car, and when I threatened to walk away, they then paid for it. I then had to wait 2 weeks before picking up my car, waiting for the title to come in. Then, because the title didn't come in when they expected, they tried to make me eat the $120 of interest accrued on my loan payoff. Umm no. Last, but not least, after having the vehicle 6 months, I realized my certified vehicle paperwork had not come to me. I contacted Subaru and found out that the dealership never submitted it. It took Subaru corporation many weeks to get the dealership to respond and submit the information needed to finally send me the certification. Never again Haddad...never again. More

Love my new 2013 Impreza Hatchback. Initially I was set on buying the base model with no extras. The sales person, Bill Ellsworth, suggested I drive an Impreza with the All-Weather Package. This package on buying the base model with no extras. The sales person, Bill Ellsworth, suggested I drive an Impreza with the All-Weather Package. This package has alloy wheels and all weather tires, and sure enough the ride was smoother that the non-alloy wheel car I first drove. The package also has heated seats, side mirrors and deicing wiper blades. I am really happy that Bill steered me in that direction and I am thrilled with my car! Bill was great to work with and the whole process was enjoyable. If you want to buy a Subaru, go to Haddad's and ask for Bill Ellsworth. More
