After a thorough on-line search, four visits to separate dealerships and reviews of Haddad Subaru in Pittsfield, MA I decided to purchase a used Ford CMAX from Haddad. The sales team at Haddad was very frie dealerships and reviews of Haddad Subaru in Pittsfield, MA I decided to purchase a used Ford CMAX from Haddad. The sales team at Haddad was very friendly, not pushy, and they welcomed my dog in their showroom. I appreciate their efforts to make the sale a positive experience. Danielle negotiated the terms of sale in a fair manner and Nicole had all of the paperwork ready in just a few minutes. However, I was a little surprised by the $250 documentation fee that they add on to all of their car sales after the price for the car was agreed upon. Two days after I bought the car, I had it serviced at a Ford dealership and the car passed their inspection routine without any issues. Thanks, Haddad! More
New Outback When I went to the Haddad dealership that Saturday afternoon, I had no idea I would be walking out with a new 2014 Subaru Outback (my dream car). When I went to the Haddad dealership that Saturday afternoon, I had no idea I would be walking out with a new 2014 Subaru Outback (my dream car). Shawn Roy introduced himself to my boyfriend and I, then asked my what I needed. I could telll he was honest, and interested in my needs by the attention we received from him. After telling him my situation, I could tell he was interested in what I wanted: a safe, sporty, and a more realistic vehicle to fit my life style. Shawn was also interested in my financial situation and wanted to help me get the best deal possible. Of course I had tons of questions, and he answered every single one of them with detail and understanding. I was also a bit emotional trading in my old car, and he was sensitive to that. Shawn and the team at Haddad helped me to better my financial situation, and got me into a car that I am hoping to have for a long time. I really appreciate the care, and individual service I got from them. I also have to say that this was probably the easiest dealership transaction that I have ever had! Initially, I was not sure about the communication practice in the dealership, as Shawn had selected a car for me to test drive, and when I was close to committing to purchase, another employee from o practice in the dealership, as Shawn had selected a car for me to test drive, and when I was close to committing to purchase, another employee from one of the other locations came in and took the car. It was then clarified that he (the other employee) had sold that car to someone else. I had doubts about continuing to work with this dealership becuase of the confusion as Shawn told me he was not aware of the sale. there was a small moment of pressure when he tried to sell me the car before it went off the lot. However, moving forward to find me another car went much better; Shawn was able to find me one that was suitable to my needs, including the monthly payment I was looking for. He was friendly, very personable, engaging and took the time to always return my calls. I felt no pressure to purchase just any car, and Shawn seemed to respect the fact that I had a very specific expectation of what car would be best for me and my budget. Long after the sale, Shawn continued to treat me just as respectfully and was very engaging as he was when I initially walked in for the first time. I believe that Shawn really wants to provide the best service possible. He deserves to be recognized. More

I went in to Haddad Subaru to look around to see what they had because, I was looking to upgrade my car. After browsing for a 3-5mins I was pleasantly greeted by Shawn. I was very interested in a 2011 Ni they had because, I was looking to upgrade my car. After browsing for a 3-5mins I was pleasantly greeted by Shawn. I was very interested in a 2011 Nissan Maximaum that they had in lot. Myself and Shawn chatted about what I was looking for and what the dealership had for vehicle. So It was later in the day, I made a appointment with him to meet again on the weekend. I meet with Shawn on saturday and then we negotiated price and went back and forth untill I was satisfied with the price and warranty for the Nissan. Shawn made me aware that It was going to be a few days before I could pick you the car. I then meet with the sales manager Chis and finalized the paper work. After that the car came from the detailling department, I was nice and clean and shining. I was very pleased with everyone at the Haddad dealership for keeping me informed and they were very pleasant through the whole experience. More

Both cars were on the lot, and Andy and Nicole worked with me fine tune the details of my trade in and car delivery. Do yourself a favor--get their internet price, do the deal over the web and phone, and just pick up the car! This was as easy and pleasurable as it gets when it comes to getting a car! They took care of the registration in NY, license plates and even offered to return my old plates for me. I live over 100 miles away, but they made it well worth my while. More
