The moment we began talking, I was immediately comfortable. Not once did I ever feel like he was trying to force a sale or push me into something that I didn't want. I was very specific with what I was looking for, and I am more than happy with the 2014 Impreza that I bought. Shawn was able to answer each and every question that I had, without missing a beat. The price on the car was very competitive; the entire atmosphere of the place made me very comfortable about buying this car. Add the warranty to the deal, and I have absolutely zero concern about the maintenance and care for my vehicle. I would recommend Shawn, and this dealership, to anybody. More

First Time Buyer First time buying a car by myself and I did my research. I searched and got quotes from ten different dealers and Haddad was the one that was able to First time buying a car by myself and I did my research. I searched and got quotes from ten different dealers and Haddad was the one that was able to beat them all. Their welcoming nature was awesome and they weren't pushy or acted like they needed to make a sale. They sat down and talked to me and had to have asked me at least 5 times if I was sure it was the car I wanted and made sure I had driven it before we got into anything else. Everyone there was friendly and they went above and beyond what I could have asked for. Being that I was in a rental car and had no way of actually dropping a car off at Haddad to pick up my new car they offered to deliver it to my house so I didn't have to worry about getting a ride or having friends or relatives go out of their way to drop me off. Even after the sale they are friendly and continue to be helpful with setting up the Bluetooth system and making sure I know how everything works. I look forward to continuing my business with them through oil changes and tunes ups. More
