Buying experience I walked into the dealership just to explore my options in purchasing a new vehicle. Richard, one of the sales rep, greeted us as we walked up to the I walked into the dealership just to explore my options in purchasing a new vehicle. We explained our reason for being there, just to explore our options, and he proceeded to show us what he had on the lot. There was not a 2014 crosstrek on the lot so we test drove a 2013 to get a feel for the vehicle and really liked it. We talked options of what we wanted in a new one and needless to say we left that day purchasing a new vehicle. I felt we received a fair trade value on our trade and also price of the new car. Richard then introduced us to the finance manager, Chris. Chris was informative on explaining our financing options. Four days later we received our new car and was really pleased with the whole experience. Our sale rep Richard, only been with the dealership for a month, conducted himself like he had more experience than that. I would recommend a Subaru vehicle , and not only that, would recommend this dealership to keep the business local. More

Very pleased with my experience Before I ever went to Haddad, I requested a price for a new Subaru Forester online. Danielle responded quickly with a very competitive quote for the e Before I ever went to Haddad, I requested a price for a new Subaru Forester online. Danielle responded quickly with a very competitive quote for the exact vehicle I requested. I live over an hour away from the dealership (in NY), but the price was very good, so I decided to drive out and see how it went. They only had one vehicle to test drive since that trim level currently is very popular, but I was able to take it out before someone else purchased it. I decided I wanted to buy one, so Danielle said they could locate one for me in the color I wanted. Two weeks later, she emailed me and said they were able to locate one for me, so I came back in to seal the deal. I signed the paperwork, then had to come back the next day to pick it up so that they could register the car for me in NY and install the add-ons that I had requested. It was all very straightforward and simple. There was no haggling for a good price. Danielle and all the other staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this process and this dealership to anyone in the market for a Subaru. More
