A Rewarding Experience I had gone to several dealers and was about to purchase a car at one of them. During that time, Tiffany from Haddad Subaru in Pittsfield had been leav I had gone to several dealers and was about to purchase a car at one of them. During that time, Tiffany from Haddad Subaru in Pittsfield had been leaving me a daily message on my answering machine. She was polite, brief and made it clear that Haddad's policy was to beat any car deal I had been offered. I decided that I had nothing to lose by driving my used car to Haddad and speaking to them about selling it and purchasing a new car. The manager, Danielle Delaney greeted me. She was warm, on top of her game and efficient. She went over the paperwork from the other car dealer and immediately made me a better offer.Very quickly, we got to a number that I could accept. Haddad gave me a much higher price for my used vehicle than I had been offered at the Toyota dealer. Furthermore, I ended up purchasing a 2015 Subaru Forester for just a little more money than what a used Rav 4 at the Toyota dealership had been offered to me for. My car loan was financed at a very low rate. In addition, Haddad sent a runner to the DMV, so that I wouldn't have to wait in line to change my plates. My new car runs beautifully and I am exceedingly happy. More

Bait and switch We made an appointment to see a Suzuki listed on Cargus (not a Subaru), they told us the vehicle sold two days prior when we got there. There was no notification the car had sold. They were untruthful about why we never recieved notification when asked. We gave them our critea again and they came back with nothing except more expensive cars. Classic bait and switch. Very unhappy. More
